The charger has an input voltage range of 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz and an output of 54.6V 3A. The charge indicator features a red light while charging and turns green when the battery is fully charged.

The package includes: 1 battery charger and 1 power cord.

To use the charger, follow these steps:

1. Choose the correct charger output parameters according to the battery specifications.
2. Properly connect the charger to the battery to be charged.
3. Plug the charger into the corresponding AC socket.
4. The charger will self-check and identify the battery for a few seconds, then start charging.
5. During charging, the charger indicator light is red, and the fan is working.
6. When charging is complete, the charger indicator light turns green, indicating the battery is fully charged. The current output is then completely cut off, and the fan stops working.
7. Unplug the AC plug of the charger, disconnect the charger and the battery, and the battery is ready for use.

Attention:

1. Keep the charger clean and avoid moisture.
2. Ensure the charger is not damaged in any way.
3. Ensure the AC power and the charged battery are correct.
4. When the product is powered on or the battery is replaced, it will perform a self-test, which takes about 6 seconds. Do not plug or unplug the battery during this period.
5. Avoid replacing the battery with power on. If the self-inspection is complete and the LED indicator is green, you can directly replace the battery.
6. If the product is damaged, foreign or wet, stop using it to avoid the risk of electric shock.
7. The battery to be recharged must have good self-protection functions to avoid dangerous incidents.
8. There is high voltage inside the product, do not disassemble it to avoid consequences.

The charger features a 54.6V 3A output for 13-series 48V electric bikes. The connector is GX16-3, with pin ① + ③ -. If the external thread pin GX16-3 of the battery is not ① + ③ -, the charger will not work.

The product uses a high-efficiency, high-frequency switching power supply for energy conversion and microcomputer intelligent control for charge management. The case is made of high-quality plastic, with a smooth appearance and no impurities, ensuring durability.

The charger has advanced functions such as self-test, battery detection, short-circuit protection, reverse connection protection, activation of the battery protection board, automatic charging completion, and complete current cut-off to prevent overshoot.

The charger features a 105°C output capacitor, global applicable AC input voltage, high efficiency, soft starting current, and reduced impact of AC input effectively. It has a small size and light weight. The charger undergoes a 100% full load aging test and has an internal EMI filter with minimum ripple.

The precision current tolerance is ±0.1A, and the voltage tolerance is ±0.1V, with no virtual marking.

The charger has a built-in fan for cooling. The fan design has a strong built-in radiating fin surrounding the board, dissipating heat through the shell, so some heat on the shell during charging is normal.

The charger provides protection against unsafe and abnormal conditions, including over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, reverse connection, and fuse.

The CC-CV (constant current-constant voltage) working mode maximizes the life span of the battery, and the charger automatically stops when the battery is fully charged.
